If you want to access a site which has a restricted access like only to users from some countries,then the best thing you can do is by using a surfing through some proxy sites.
What happens is when you visit a website through a proxy site(which is hosted in some X country),when the website traces your ip,it gets the ip of the proxy site.so the website should allow access from the country in which proxy site is hosted.

in this site you can find proxy sites on the right side and select site depending on the country.

HOW TO RECOVER HACKED GMAIL ACCOUNT
If your Gmail account is hacked it would be really painful if you are having credit card details or any other sensitive information and if your orkut is also connected with the same mail id,then it would be realy frustating as you have to find all of your friends again and invite them again.

Windows has a built in tool (Windows Disk Cleanup)which can improve your system performance by
1)deleting temporary internet files
2)deleting windows temporary files
3)emptying the recycle bin.
4)deleting web browsers cache,etc..
To run disk cleanup,
1)Click start and then type disk cleanup and then press enter.
2)Then you have to choose between 2 options one is to clean my files only,another is files from all users in this computer.
3)Then select the drive you want to cleanup.
4)It scans the drive and gives you list of files it has found which are not useful according to it.
5)Uncheck files which you dont want to delete and press ok.
6)perform the same task to all drives in your computer to remove unnecessary files and increase your performance.

You can block as many sites as you want just you have to chage the last digit in the 127.0.0.1
